Additional details: We purchased all these items new in early 2010 for use with our teardrop camper. We have since upgraded to a larger camper and no longer need this fantastic tent. All pieces have been used several times in varying weather conditions. We took special care to never put anything away wet or extremely dirty (Some dirt is to be expected. It is camping, after all!). The ground sheet shows some wear from being used over a rocky surface. In general, all pieces are in good to excellent condition.
Due to the weight, we prefer not to ship these items.
