Vision X leds are all spot, you add whatever cover you want to alter the beam. The covers are elliptical or flood, don't recall exactly and I'm out of town for the holiday. 20 watts for the pair.

How are these for light quality? Costco has had them in both the 3.7" and 4.7" for a while.
