FS: Snow Peak Amenity Dome 4 person tent and footprint

Up for sale is a used but in excellent condition Snow Peak Amenity Dome medium tent designed to sleep 4 people (Snow peak makes this in a 2 person, 4 person and 6 person tent version - the one for sale is the medium sized tent designed to sleep 4 people). It has been used on 3 trips. It has absolutely no rips, holes or tears. Last time I used it was during spring when the pollen was out and it may have some traces of pollen on it but nothing critical. I have also included in this sale the separately purchased official snow peak footprint designed for this tent. Comes with EVERYTHING you would get if you were to purchase it brand new including the manual, stakes etc.

Price is 300 dollars for local pickup and for examination prior to purchase. 310 Shipped.

Tent is for sale and is available for pickup in Richmond, Virginia near the Medical College of Virginia campus.

I included this picture for you to get an idea how spacious the interior is and also how large the vestibule is. You can get a separately sold poles or use treking poles and use it to open the vestibule and use it as an awning.
