Mint condition used Viair 400p Kit. Comes with heavy duty alligator clips, air hose, tire inflator, air filter, compressor, canvas carry case, and fillup adapters.

I've used this kit to fill up the tires in my Jeep a couple times.

These compressors are a great deal. They rival that CFM performance of compressors costing 2-4x as much. According to the stats I can find, this actually outperforms the venerable Extreme Air and it's 3/4hp Puma 12v compressor clone. It also outperforms the ARB single compressors and is only about 35% lower CFM ratings than the ARB Dual compressor.

Real world tests:

Viair 400P
@ 0psi: 2.3 CFM
@ 40psi: 2.22 CFM
@ 100psi: 1.73 CFM
@ Max 145psi: 1.06 CFM

33% Duty Cycle
A quiet 79db

I have been thinking about the 400 or 450. I expect light duty use and think these would work for my needs. Why are you selling? What do others think about these units? I don't like made in China but ......

I have had one in the truck for maybe 15 years and it is a good unit. Works fine on 33s. Now I carry it as a backup to my OBA. Hard to beat for $125.

I added some pictures of the actual compressor.

I'd vote for the 400. It's a lot faster and unless you're running it for over an hour, the duty cycle doesn't really come into play. They're the same compressor run differently.

I'm selling it to either get a Dual ARB or Dual Viair 400H. I want the 400 without a switch that comes with all the hardware for running remote filters. This one has been great for switching between cars, we even take it in my wife's car on road trips. But I'm moving to a hard mounted OBA set up. So I'm just trying to swap this one for the dual pack. If it works, I'll only lose $25 swapping to the hard mount version.
