FS - Wilco Low Rise Hi-Lift Mount "aka Dan's Hi-Lift"

I have a low rise Hi-lift mount made for the Wilco Offset Hitchage tire carrier. The original product is linked here on their site for specs and fit. I forgot I had this as I only used it on a few trips and I no longer have the hitchgate as it went with my 4 Runner. The powder coating is still fully intact and no corrosion. Wilco has this listed for $88.63 plus shipping. How about $60 shipped CONUS. Its fairly heavy.
