Bolted. Width on mounts are adjustable. Most of it is modular and you can add or change parts. Here it is on my Range Rover Long Wheel Base.

Good luck. You will have to settle for a smaller Hannibal. Or the all too elusive INTI. You're looking at over double my price to save about 30lbs in weight.
