Pinecrest is south of downtown MIA. The plates ('10 registration) are from Oregon (Host is in Bend, OR I believe) so perhaps they purchased direct from Host and relocated to the flatlands? Gotta love CL and all of its questions associated with bait or not.

Its a nice rig. (I like the newer floorplans personally.)
