This is a 1981 FWC Granby mounted on a custom trailer. This combo makes for a very convenient and functional compromise between carrying a truck camper and having a very capable and lightweight trailer. However, the trailer and camper could certainly be separated.

Details:
-1750 pounds total weight
-new 3500lb torsion axle
-nearly new tires
-roof has some hail damage but is in otherwise good shape with no leaks
- canvas is in good shape with no leaks or tears
-45 watt solar panel on roof
-deep cycle battery
-1000 watt inverter for 120 volt power
- 12 volt stock system is used for most systems (lights, furnace, water pump/sink)
- new memory foam for upper bunk and all other cushions
- new fabric throughout
- furnace fan is a little loud but furnace is fully functional and runs on propane
- 10 gallon clean water tank supplies indoor sink w/12 volt pump and also has a gravity fed faucet on the exterior of the camper
- exterior storage on both sides plus a lockable steel box mounted on the tongue

This has been a great camper for my wife, young son, and I. It has everything needed for boondocking around the mountains and it’s small size, light weight, and good clearance make it easy to tow plenty of places including forest service roads throughout Colorado.

Price: $6500 obo
Location: Crested Butte, CO However, I will have it in the Las Vegas area from 11/3 - 11/12/21

Also - would one be able to tow with a truck with a shell or SUV? Looks like there may be an issue on tight turns or maybe that's a perspective issue with the pic? thanks

I actually just had a tongue extension added by the local trailer shop so there’s no issue with pulling behind an SUV or truck with cap. I can add an updated pic later today.
