FWC Swift in a Fullsize Truck?

Considering purchasing a used FWC Swift Shell and installing it in my Nissan Titan with the 6' 7" bed. I would need to raise it up about 1.5" and plan on using foam. Seems like this would keep me well under payload (1400lbs) and allow me to leave the tailgate on while leaving a bit of room around the camper for fishing poles and the like.

Anything I'm missing? Thoughts on mounting the camper to the utilitrack and factory d hooks? Anyone running a similar setup?

I think this is a great idea! Some folks state that leaving the tailgate on actually makes it more difficult for ingress and egress because you are moving in a horizontal plane instead of up and in/ down and out. Many back scrapes have occured.
