Galley Compact Stove and Camp Kitchen

Enigma

Observer
In my ever evolving quest to optimize the camp kitchen in my 80 series Land Cruiser, I stumbled upon this Smittybilt "Galley compact stove and camp kitchen". Current setup is to typically pull out Coleman cooker from my rear storage compartment and get to work on the tail gate, and if going anywhere for an extended period of time, haul out the Craftsman rolling tool caddy that I use for all my kitchen crap.

The Smittybilt unit looks damn near perfect; compact, inexpensive... but apparently made for midgets...

Set up its only 24" high. Curious if anyone has seen this particular unit in their travels? Not a lot of info on them on the web it seems.

we both have an 80 and travel with dogs so my thread might spark some ideas. I don't have the second row seats and that's where the fridge lives. Yours live in the cargo so my idea may not work for you. For working surfaces, I have two: a fold up table mounted to the back of the spare tire swingout. A 2'x4' alum table that lives under the RTT. So between the tailgate and these two surfaces, I have everything needed for cooking, and stuff.
