Garmin EcoRoute

Garmin recently announced EcoRoute, a new software update to their Nüvi GPS devices. In addition to the familiar "faster time" and "shorter distance" choices for the route to the destination, EcoRoute lets Nüvi users choose "less fuel." The software will calculate the route that is predicted to use the least fuel.

That looks interesting. I dont know how real world accurate it will be at figuring routes that will use the least amount of fuel.
