Gearing for Monteros - List

Newbie question here,

I just picked up a Gen 2.5 Monty with the 3.5L SOHC that came with 33's. From other posts/threads, the gearing is 4.272. Are there any options to increase the gearing a bit for a better balance of DD and overlanding?

Look for Eurosonic's gen 2.5 build on this forum. He has done the swap you are looking for.

Looking for that thing i just had in my hand...
Can't wait until we have the axle and gearing database live, the responses can be a useful link. No more googling and weeding through old posts!

I just picked up 2002 XLS 4.9 ratio diff set from pick n pull since one car just showed up at the yard close by before weekend.
I will take pics and measurement of gears when I have chance. :)
