The cylinder numbers are assigned as 1-3-5 for the right bank and 2-4-6 for the left bank from the front of the engine (timing belt side).

1-3-5 is the passenger bank correct? So what cylinder/coil on the other bank do the wires for 1,3, and 5 go to?

1 to 4, 3 to 6, 5 to 2

If you can, grab a digital FSM from my signature. That will have all the info you should need going forward.

Also, I may be mistaken, but I think this info with the vacuum lines is on the hood when lifted.
