Gen 3 transfer case ground strap

I noticed today that my ground strap located at the back of the transfer case is dangling. I can't seem to find the spot it was connected to. After failing to find info online I'm asking if any gen 3 owner can take a look and tell me. Maybe even snap a photo.

It attaches to the heat shield above the transfer case.
