GEN1 Replacement Key

Hi All,
I've only got (1) worn out key for my 89. I'd like to get the dealer to cut some more, but cannot find the MB184084 key blank anywhere. Anyone know of alternate p/n?

Also, if I can't find an OEM one, will cutting from the worn key work?

Have a couple Gen 1s. Bought some key blanks on Ebay and had my local hardware store cut them. All my OEM keys are worn. No issues with blanks cut from worn OEM keys. Took sandpaper and smoothed out my cut blanks.

shoot, Wal Mart , has cut a dozen keys for me.
It may be the same blank as toyota.
most of the time the walmart machine cuts pretty accurately.
