So I have changed some things up and making sure it all flows together. so I set everything up in my backyard. Got a new Clam Corporation screen tent. Thing is awesome, I can get the screen tent up in less then 5 min by myself. I truth more like 3 min. Prior I had the easy up. This by farther is easier. On the roof of the screen tent is my 69 watt roll-able solar panel. Here are some other pics.

I like the set up. Those lifetime chairs are heavy and bulky though. Probably great for the backyard, probably not so much for the road.

Where is the screen tent from?

The life time chairs are nice for home, to bulky for the road. I am trying to find a all purpose chair for camping, for those times our campsite does not have a picnic table. I plan on taking the table, as I can use it as a cooking area. But want proper table height chairs but can use to lounge in durring the day. Something like a gravity chair that can sit upright. But so far all the gravity chairs I have seen are to low.

The toilet tent is sold as a shower tent. It's called the Cabela's Deluxe Shower Shelter. Things awesome, as it has mesh shelves and outside towel bar right outside the side window. It's great for longer trips as I takes about 30 min to setup. I use in with a 12 volt shower an 7 gallon reliance water tank.

My volcano grill. Nice grill can use charcoal, wood, and/or propane. Fits a 12 inch duch oven or smaller. Bottom stays cool. I sometimes use it as a tabletop fireplace to cook s'mores at home with the kids.image.jpg

Here is my new lithium phosphate battery, it's rated.@ 10 amp hours. It's small and weighs a few pounds. Also my 24 hour workhorse it weighs a ton but has been reliable

have two of these folding shelves. They fold pretty flat. I use one as a shoe holder by our door when not camping. Great for keeping stuff orginized in the tent. The top holds my iPad for movie night while we lay in our sleeping bags.

How do you like the Clam screenhouse? Do you have the solid side panels? I really would like to get a quick setup screen house that has two doors on it so I can snug it up against my trailer cooking area and be able to exit the other side. But I really want side panels for rain and privacy and don't want to mess with an awning+side walls. It looks like the Clam product uses outside walls that are vecro attached. Not sure how that holds up in rain and wind.

Curious to hear your thoughts. Can you do me a favor and post up the door width of the screenhouse....thanks in advance.

I really like the clam screen tent for its easy setup. But with every thing there is give and take. Prior I had a 12x12 easyup. Setup was all but easy. Wife could help pull it apart but I needed to raise the roof as the sides where stiff. The thing was also heavy. But it was very ridged and could hang things off the top sides like towels and a roll up pantry. I could attach screens but never bought them. The clam screen tent uses a hub on each panel. When you pull out each side, the poles inside create outward force which keeps it up. Once all sides are open, you go inside and push the hub up and your done. The poles are fiberglass type poles so you can't hang anything to heavy. The screen is a very tight woven mesh. You can have wind outside and feel almost nothing inside. As for cooking inside, shouldn't be an issue as long as you don't create a lot of smoke. The door measures 5'5" tall by 5 wide till the mid section from there it starts to decrease quickly. This only has one side access, I do wish it had a door on each side or a window for cross ventalation, but that would make the structure less sturdy I guess. I plan on buying the panels soon. I will give a review when I do.

Ok question number 100, what are you using for the lights in the screen room. I presume they are 12v led?

They are the Goal Zero light A life LEDs. You can daisy chain up to 6 I think. Each run a 1/4 amp hour @ 12 volts. So my four run @ 1 amp hour.

Thanks for the reply. I have been interested in those myself, but I keep trying to find a knock off alternative. I need to just break down and buy the real mccoy I guess.
