Located in the Annapolis, MD area. I got this when I lived out in CO last year. I used it three times and moved over to the East Coast this past August with not as much opportunity to get out. I had it mounted on the back of a Tacoma with a Voodoo rack. It is in great condition with just a couple small pinholes in the fabric in the back right corner from my roommate sliding it across the floor. Covered it with tenacious tape. No mattress or ladder. It is just sitting in our shed and not getting used.
