GM/Chevy slider doors extensions?

So I've read a number of threads debating barn doors vs. sliders. One of the cons to sliders (and hence pro with barn) is they won't clear the tires if larger are installed or if fender flares, etc. I've seen some comments about slider arms extensions, or longer arm replacements, and the ability to get around this issue with arm modification and/or replacement. Does anyone know where these would be available?

I have never seen extended replacement arms offered commercially for sale.

Would not be too difficult to make them yourself and give it a go!
