I thought I‘d share some photos of the cargo area storage solutions in our Bronco. This vehicle is used to provide race support and come-to-you service in Baja for SCORE races and the occasional USA race or off-road event.
Because this car spends a lot of time in remote areas, it’s set up to carry tons of gear, spares, and communications product and test equipment. All of which is tied down securely as it’s driven fast and hard through the rough. The Front Runner boxes work will since they nest into each other and can be tied down without collapsing them. I’ll be updating them to the new Pro boxes in the next couple weeks. At the time of this photo, the car was loaded for King of the Hammers, which meant we did not need as much gear. For Baja we typically add two to three more Wolf Packs.
Tie-down tracks and tied-downs are MAC’s VersaTie (and really great stuff!).
