I let her know....Its natural hog casing, their the best to me for that size. Sheep casing are getting kinda hard to come by locally to make some smaller sized links.

Not as impossible as Nevada! Pronghorn is my favorite meat...hands down. That reminds me...I have a couple steaks in the freezer to grill up.
