I will defend it to the end, but never think America can not be taken over, our own government is selling us out.
What I meant about Hummer's PR move is. Hummer said, "The deal fell through selling Hummer to a Chinese company". Hummer also said," They are going to shut down the brand Hummer".
They could be doing this so people run to buy the last Hummer's made, and then at the last minute, Hummer could come back and say, "They reached a deal with The Chinese company, so we are selling Hummer to them".
When they announced they were selling to a Chinese company, their sales might have dropped, because Americans are getting sick of buying so much import stuff from China.
Just another thought of what big business strategies do to get rid of product.
Another good book to read, but it might scare people of what is really going on here. "American Jihad" by Steve Emerson, and "Terrorist Among Us".

Why can't we blame terrorist for everything that goes wrong in our lives. After all they blame us for the same. But then again that’s a kind of narrow minded, blame others that have more and hate them for it attitude that I have personally witnessed in those persons (by those persons I do mean terrorist and yes I have met them and delta with them personally) that continues to destroy their own countries and make the whole world a less safe place for people to travel.
Sorry for the rant just a little world weary of dealing with certain people.
And yeah sorry to see Hummer go as well but I think it is better than it going to China.

It's my understanding that hummer is still up for sale, but if no one is going to buy the hummer name at the last minute it will die out like the dinosaurs, or the AMC gremlin......GROUP BUY ANY ONE!?:sombrero:
