Funny you say that. Im dragging the truck into the shop this afternoon to check front bearings.
But my gut it telling me it might just be the AT2s gettin' noisy.

Ive never been a goodyear fan.

Hope this doesnt foul up the cooper/mastercraft lines. Both are great.

The interesting part of this purchase is what becomes of Mastercraft Tire and all of tires Cooper makes for other brands like ******** Cepek, Big O, Mickey Thompson, Etc.

What size Mastercraft are you running? Considering 265/75-16 vs 255/85-16. My Toyo AT2s are beginning to drive me nuts with road noise.
I´m on 255/85/16s.

I'm running the CXT's too. I have 255/80R17's on my truck and 255/85R16's on my TJ. Both working well and wearing well though the truck needs them rotated, since they've been on it for at least 10k. They do make some noise, but all real tires do. :)
I actually like them a little better than the STMaxx's that were on both vehicles before in the same size. The CXT's are just a little narrower, which is good by me.

I agree on the noise but not near as bad as the bfg ko2s I replaced. I´ve been pretty good about rotating at 5000 km. I will definitely be buying these again. They have been perfect so far (25000 kms). They look like they´ll go another 50000 with ease.

IdaSHO: yup, great tire but about halfway through their treadlife they sound like sirens.
My AT2's are getting noisy too. In defense though they haven't gotten rotated and rebalanced ever 5K like I do my wife's Honda with Michelins. They're getting chunky on the outer tread. I love the Cooper AT3 tread but I just can't trust them like I do Toyos. I'm thinking the Yokohama X-AT's next.
