While evaluating a boat building project, I stumbled across this monocoque trailer design from Chesapeake Light Craft:

It's beautiful. I imagine that it might require some additional reinforcement for the Expo set, but it could easily be installed onto any off-road trailer. At 175 pounds for the entire shell (hull?) and galley kitchen, it's a pretty mean little unit.
