not exactly, old GM continues to own the rights to use the brand until Jan 1. 2015... and there have been many rumors surrounding what's going to happen after that date. *shrugs*

And you were all saying that $10k starting price was silly... Hopefully they get a LOT cheaper soon. I could use one as a yard truck.

If not, nice 5-tons are going for as low as $3500 occasionally. For $10-15k I can get a 5-ton wrecker. That sure is a lot of heft for the buck!
