Its from Protofab4x4 (.com) in AZ.
Ordered in early January, received early March, with ZJ bolt pattern on tire carrier (3week turn around start to fin. to correct), no d-ring tabs welded on, and a couple of small welding details that slipped through. i wasnt charged for the tabs, so its whatever, for the detail welds, there non structural so its whatev too.
asked Mike the owner if a can carrier can be done on the opposite side. said no prob. this is the only wj he has made with a can carrier, as the others are only tire carriers.
all in all, this is one bad mutha. i took my time and painted it up. and have been thinking of other add ons i might do before it goes on. will post pics of install when that takes place, and a few more of the bed setup soon.

here is kinda a sequence shot of the bed. wanted to show that how it worked.
1. remove the seat bottoms.
2. fold down the seat backs.
3. slide out the bed support. (which helps to add storage, and has to have a finish applied)
4. unfold bed
the reason the bed is a lil high is that i wanted to clear the inner fenders to gain width. it is also arched to match the tailgate when closed. and to gain the most length, i had to remove a section of headliner just aft of the d-pillar, then i matched the curvy pattern as the bed flips and passes under headliner.
also, my seats are modded a lil.

at one point after i got the gp i removed the "center". call it "40-40" split bench. this was for a 2nd factory console that matched the front, and then was about to do a third row seat. but then bagged that idea in favor of sleeping arrangments.
