Yep, it is absolutely horrible. In fact, I'd have to say it is quite possibly the worst piece of software I have ever used.
The software and companion website are full of bugs the company refuses to fix, both have several limitations that make long-term use impractical, and the tracks it records often have large gaps or are dozens of miles off course (verified this is a software problem, not my GPS, by running another program at the same time). It also has a habit of "falling asleep" regardless of the "keep alive" setting, which results in lost tracking data the entire time it is sleeping. Sometimes it also forces the device to run off battery even though it is plugged in to a charger, and then prevents the battery from charging.
If that wasn't enough, their customer service is rude and very slow to respond.
