BatterHookup has a great reputation, but you are usually getting secondhand or old stock, they are transparent on that.

When you get a batch that does not match the stated claims they make good.

Brand/model matters a lot wrt quality, if you are looking for a decade lifespan or more

A123 is hard to beat.
