This seems like a reputable operation that I have seen pop up from time to time. They also seem to get good turnover too, so if you aren't keen on searching everyday on Craigslist this might be a good option (although 15k seems about 3k more than what they go for on CL).

I have also heard good things about Duncan's Imports in Richmond, VA (I believe that's where it is). They have quite the selection of import 4x4 for sub $10k. I saw a guy with a sweet four door Toyota HiAce 4x4 that was an old firetruck cruising through western Mass one day and he told me about them.

I have had my eyes on a Delica for some time. Right now what matters to me is dependability and safety for coast to coast trips. Not sure if the Delica is up to it... (Although I say this as I do the trips in my 1995 Toyota Pickup )

Yes, These guys are not to bad to work with. I purchased my Delica L300 from them.
