I wanted to start off by saying I have no ties to the company Rokmen and I have nothing to gain by preaching about the advice and service they give to me and many other jeepers.
So far I have added rokmen control arms and jks trac bars and an old man emu zj/lj lift to my jeep plus most of the other rokmen skidplates,tt, corners, sliders so on and so on. I have spent some coin but I have also tried to buy used parts when available and I have taken my time. I have learned to drive my jeep while also making it more enjoyable to drive.
Long story short some of my additions have created problems or what I see as problems ie clunks pops and rubs here and there. I have talked to the two owners of rokmen over the course of the last two years and they have had nothing but patience and respect for me. I had harley's before I had the jeep and I often felt that many shop owners would talk down to me as if I wasnt good enough or smart enough to work on my own bikes, with Rokmen I feel encouraged to install all of my own parts and I have always been told by Jeff and Dave the owners that they are only a phone call away if I get into a jamb.
Right now I am in the process of adding acos on the front and some combination of spacers on the rear. My jeep is heavy and with the added tounge weight of the adventure trailer I have just not been happy with the ride height when fully loaded. My trailer goes almost everywhere that the jeep goes so suspension is tricky at best.
Of course like everyone I want the best of everything the easiest way possible and even though I have not figured out how to make that hapen rokmen has helped me make a few better choices.
There I have said my two cents.
