It would seem that a Logo setup fee of $4 should be be reduced. If it took 20 people to make it $4.00 it must be about $80 for setup. Now that there is nearly 100 people, should the fee be reduced to more like $1.00? Or who gets the extra money since a set-up fee is typically a one time fee, not per unit?

You are correct. I had no idea the group buy would be so popular so I based it on 25 sold. Setup fee is $100. We currently have 63 total logo bags sold. Which works out to about $1.60 per bag. At the end I will calculate the per bag price and refund the difference to everyone who ordered a logo bag. Or you can decide to generously donate for my time and energy/beer money fund! :friday: JK, appropriate refunds will be made at the end.

Keep my change. In large orders like this one needs to make sure they cover their expenses. Predicting in advance exactly how many units will sell so the set up fee per unit can be figured down to the penny is impossible.
The deal is the deal. I'm not going to bust your balls over a couple bucks. Have a well earned beer on me for putting this together.

I had grand ideas of this thing getting to 30....MAYBE 40, with some of those orders being regular non-logo bags. Never would have guessed it would get to 100! Will refund you the difference at the end.

Setup Fee is now reduced to $1.60 until the end of the GB. As stated before the difference will be calculated at the end and refunded to those who paid the $4 setup fee.

i suggest you offer to reimburse anyone for the setup fee overage if they request it. i expect most of us will just be happy to pass on a couple of bucks for your trouble and hard work setting this up. go out on the town and take pictures of your trasharoo bag liven' large. thanks,

Thanks guys! I will refund the difference to everyone unless they post here telling me to keep it. Any extra will go to Dave at Trasharoo anyway...will help with the two or three I'll be ordering. :sombrero:

Feel free to change mine from OD to Tan, any color of logo for manufacturing simplicity, if that works better for you and Dave.

As for the setup fee, I could care less. I was okay with the original amount, it is not worth neither the nor the effort to split hairs over.
