Looking good so far. The 4runner has been serving me well! A testament to the build quality of the bumpers!
Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad to hear it, I've kept up with your travels and I am glad to hear the 4runner is doing good. I miss that rig. I am happy to see you are using it for what I built it for. I have a ton of pics saved that you have taken. I hope it serves you for many more miles.
Looks great!

How are you liking the OME suspension so far

Absolutely love it. The ride is great and better now that I have the bumpers installed because I have the heavy coils. I've ran OME on 3 different Toyota's now and have no complaints. I recommend it to anyone that asks I believe it's the best bang for your buck. Are you considering OME for your 5th gen?

Yeah, thinking of going with the medium/medium rate OME with upper a arms or going with a full sway away setup.

I don't "need" the latter but I'd sure like to have it

I ran Sway a Way coil overs on my 3rd gen 4runner and 1st gen Tacoma and they were great. The OME is a more firm ride while the saw's just seems to float down the highway. You really can't go wrong with either choice but you will pay for the saw's.

Going to add rock rings to my steel wheels. Thinking about going with this design.

Going to make my decision tonight and cut them tomorrow hopefully.

Yep. No need for real bead locks but I've been wanting to change up the look of my wheels recently. I'm still thinking about getting a different set of wheels but until I decide what set to go with I'm going to put the rock rings on.

Acquired a set of the Coveted anthracite TRD wheels today and got them mounted. I'm in love with the new look. Very happy with how everything is coming together. I am still going to weld the rock ring on the steel wheels since I already have it cut and may run the steelies in the winter time.
