Hallmark Raton on 04 Tundra

Found Hallmark Raton...its 7ft 7in...going on a 04 Tundra 6 ft bed.
Use it with the tailgate on or off?....any issues with the 17 just hanging off the back?
Have to build a 4" lift to get it above the frame rails and to clear the cab roof
Can a Hallmark be used off the truck? If so, any modifications needed?
Any idea on weight?

I have ready every thread on this popup forum, but couldnt find these answers
