Upgrades include electric jacks, electric roof lift, 2 fantastic fans and 3rd roof vent, inside bathroom, water heater, 3 burner stove, 3 way Dometic fridge, outside shower, roof tracks for rack system, ladder, carpet runner, reflectix insulation added. Unit has 30 gal fresh water tank, double sink, removable table and inside bulbs replaced with LED bulbs. Everything works and is in excellent condition. Just returned from 9 day trip and still have 1/3 propane left in 30lb tank.
