Just FYI, fastenal will ship location to location as well. I know of a few people that have used them to ship frames and complete engines / drivelines coast to coast.

IIRC, the issue here is that although he is willing to ship, he is unable to move from its location to shipping location, so it requires shipper to pick it up, hence the high cost - they charge a premium for driving around neighborhoods etc as opposed to just loading a bunch of crap at the depot.
