I remember years ago when someone was interviewing him. They asked what was the coolest thing he'd ever done. He responded catching a trout on a fly he'd tied himself. I think that was before he got hooked on airplanes. I've heard that he built a house outside Wichita, Kansas. He spends a lot of time at Flight Safety there. After he did that one movie where he was an air taxi pilot in the South Pacific, flying a Beaver, he bought a Beaver himself.

6 days 7 nights i think it was. Something like that. Pretty funny movie.

If I had as much money as Harrison Ford, I'd be into bikes, planes, boats, Earthroamers (Unicats?) and a bunch of other stuff that would make Keith Richards' heroin budget look like lunch money.

I agree. If 'money were no object' I would have a stable full of bikes. And cars. And campers. And planes. And boats. And houses. I can come up with as many ways as dollars to sink money into some hobbies...

He's got a stable of houses, I stayed just next to his house on Tobago, never saw him around. It's on the golf course and doesn't look like it is used much. He probably forgot he had it.
