i think it's interesting to see just how sophisticated the movement has become since 2006. and also, does anyone know how things worked out over time for the owners?

Last month I put a removable rear seat system in Joe and Gina's van...Gina had a baby boy last week, so they needed a seat for the baby carrier...

Joe found a really nice MBZ "love seat" on e-bay ($750) and I put in some E-track hardware to provide multiple mounting options...The seat goes either all the way back at the rear door, or just behind the front seats...There is still room to move around with the seat up front...It's a nice addition...

Honestly, I'm (sort of) surprised how nice that turned out...It's like "Wow, I did that?...I want that!" ...Joe say's it works out great for extended road trips and as a daily driver in Seattle...They say they wouldn't change a thing...I have to agree, it's a great layout for the 118" Sprinter, and the functionality is obvious...
