thanks for clarification.

I ordered the K4300 bulb.

Here are the choices they indicated on their web site:

2 HID Bi-Xenon Telescoping Bulbs that are made from the best laser cut glass, are aligned with extreme accuracy and do not emit any ultra violet light that can damage the headlight housings or lenses.- Color choices are 3000K, 4300K, 6000K, 10,000K, 15,000K, 30,000K and Purple

Hope this is helpful.

I was wanting to do the same thing to mine. I have the same lights you have and want the nicer looking ones. If I remember, you do have to get the piece behind the grill and headlights. I believe it's called the header piece.

You can swap over the pieces, but it is easier to just swap the entire panel. (Swap slides and pins as well as full harness or plugs spliced in. I did mine this week, looks so much better, just hoping the headlight restore kit works on the yellow headlights. If not I will order up an ebay kit or find some new onces locally.

I would not waste my $ on FAKE HID type kits. I had one in our 4runner and it drove me nuts. Was it bright...yes, was it focused, no. Relected off everything, passing cars, street signs, etc. Don't even get me started on having them in the fog. Much better to get a good quality bulb and some nice driving or fog lights. (Depending on what you need the extra light for.) Other option is to do a full projector swap from another vehicle. Much more $ and more skill needed to do the install right.
