Heater Issues in my Camper

Hi All, We have a 2016 Winnebago Instinct 28rbds. I have recently installed a greystone electric fireplace model F2625A which I have bought from an trailer parts online site. On the last trip, the blower would not come on. The heating element will come on but the safety switch cuts it off quickly since there’s no air blowing. The simulated fireplace effect works. I pulled it out and pulled the back cover off. The fan spins fine by hand but it doesn’t come on when you turn the heater on even if you spin it by hand. I do not see anything obvious out of place. I don’t know if the problem is with the fan motor or the circuit board. It is out of warranty. Any suggestions?
