i have a pair of used hella 400 lights. they are used and show signs of wear. the work just fine i used them this weekend on a fishing trip. i am upgrading to led lights.

no rock chips and the pig tailes are there. no harness. these are just dirty and will clean up fine.
where the hell is james is first in line.

this is in order of posts i think that is fair. if not i will let you two decide.
