I'm considering going a different route with my lighting setup and would like to see if anyone is interested in my Hella Rallye 4000s. My goal with this set-up was to retain the classic look of bumper mounted Hella lamps while modernizing them with LED bulbs for increased reliability and light output.

I have upgraded the bulbs to H1 LED retrofits from Lifetime LEDs. The LED bulbs are completely self-contained inside of each metal light housing (meaning each bulb's wiring, LED driver, and all connections are inside of the housing). The LED bulbs increased the lumen output significantly while reducing the current draw from the original 200W/16.6A @ 12v to 44W/3.6A @ 12v. The trigger wire for the lights is spliced (using an adhesive-lined, crimp connector) inline with the high-beam wire on an H4 extension harness (http://www.bing.com/images/search?q...1773f54d56d96889beafa957dae198c2o0&ajaxhist=0) - this allows for high-beam activation of the lights without any splicing or cutting of the factory headlamp harness. Thus making these lights plug and play with no permanent modification to the factory headlamp harness. I had these lights originally wired to a dash mounted switch, but found that turning off my high-beams and the switch at the same time was a bit cumbersome, so I simply wired these lights to activate with the high-beams simultaneously. The other advantage to this set-up is it is completely contained within the engine bay, there are no wires passing through the firewall or switches to install inside your cab. The 5W City Light marker lights inside of each housing are tapped into the marker lights on my ARB Bullbar, but you could easily tap into the low-beam wire on the H4 harness extension if you want the City Lights to glow with the headlamp low-beams on your vehicle, or simply not splice them to anything and forgo the City Lights altogether.

I am including the complete wiring harness that I built for these lights (wiring, connectors, relay, fuse holder, H4 extension, and wiring loom). I built this harness for my 2012 Tacoma, but it will work with any H4 headlamp compatible vehicle; and if your vehicle uses another type of headlamp, you can simply buy the correct extension harness and tap into the high-beam wire on it. This will make your install extremely simple and relatively plug and play. I'm very experienced with automotive wiring. All of the connections are adhesive lined weather-tight, crimp connections or soldered and covered with adhesive lined heat shrink tubing; in short, you will not have to chase any shorts with this harness, it's built right.

I'm asking $250 for everything as this entire set-up would run in excess of $385 if one was built from scratch. I'll consider shipping them if someone is interested.

Here are some photos of the lights and the set-up. It's been raining here since Sunday, so the lights are a bit dirty and have a few bugs on them. I will thoroughly clean the lamps before selling them.
