You're not worried about, ummm, tent combustion?
nah they are safe ;) plus I only run it once I get up not all night ;)

but I might run it all night if it was really cold to keep the misses happy :)

Man, I wish you lived closer. I've picked those heaters up, put them in the cart, walked around a bit, and always returned them to the shelf.
I'd like to see one in action and fiddle with it a bit.

Maybe I need to go west this spring. Are you up for some camping in May? We're going to take 2 weeks and haven't decided where yet.
I've only been to AZ one time and that was in my MINI --- it was more of a see-how-fast-I-can-strafe-the-canyon vacation... ...is there good Conqueror-type camping around the Grand Canyon?

yeah to bad :(

I know there is a ton of camping here but have not been out to much in this state ? I know up near Sedona and stuff there is a ton I hear about
and the Rim as they call it here is very good
AZ is huge for offroading :)

and I have only lived on the mainland here a few years so have to do more local camping

also we have a little one on the way due Dec 24th so wife is not really into camping this fall :) ehhehheheeh otherwise I wanted to get out this fall a bunch but its on hold I think

she was a trooper though as we went out the end of July for 2 weeks

but always up for camping and by May I think we could swing it again no worries

one thing Jeff (agavelvr) and Keith the other conqueror guy were saying it would be fun to get all the conqueror owners together in the US and try to do a get together in some place like colorado or utah etc...

We had planned on visiting Toroweap this past summer with the Conqueror while on our S.UT trip. Unfortunately, I haven't been there yet. From what I hear, it's a long rough dirt road to get there and can be pretty hot in the summer. The rewards are amazing views, remote location, and more amazing views. Google can tell you lots more.

I've lived in AZ all my life and consider myself very fortunate to have the southwest as my playground. So many amazing places to see! I'de be happy to go camping with a fellow Conqueror owner and it would be very cool to get a group together and trade stories and tips about these rigs.

Take it easy,
Oooooooo.
Just googled it. Neat. I'm shaking a little... ...this is the sort of place that I like.
Is it wet in mid May around there? I'd like to take the trip before summer and the rush of tourists...

Need to show this to the wife when she wakes up; thanks.
