Help: 2nd Gen Sunroof maintenance/lube?

My sunroof still rolls back fine; it's starting to be a little noisy and slow though. I've never touched it maintenance-wise, does anyone know what kind of lube/grease and where it goes?

My first inclination would be to hit any contact surfaces with a little bit of motor oil or white grease.
