Plus 1 to the above. Really sounds like you don't enjoy your jeep. Way underpowered. Too small. Bad mileage. Can't keep up with the friends.
Just wondering, was it way underpowered when you bought it? Or have your *needs* changed... from cruising the trails to racing about? Is the mileage different from when you bought it? Sounds more like your friends are different from when you bought it.
I've just replaced my old jeep with a new (2011) Wrangler JKU. Plenty of room to sleep in it. Plenty of power for me. It IS a jeep, after all.... :sombrero: And it gets me home up the mountain through the snow in the mountains of Utah, and to the beach with my board on the west coast... don't care if others pass me. I just love my jeep.
However... if one doesn't just love the jeep for the jeep thing... I can see why one would want something else :coffeedrink:
