Help Finding F-150 HDPP

You should have bought that truck. According to the Ford that doesn't exist. I looked into ordering a supercab F-150 and you couldn't get it with a GVWR higher than 7050lbs in 2020. That's why I ended up with a F250.

Suppose I could be mistaken but I recall using the build and price and getting connected with the dealer while in Colorado. It was on an XL with a 3.5.

Edit. I can't find anything saying that super cabs had the HDPP. Weird! There's the vin if anyone can pull the original window sticker. 1FTFX1E84MKD90671

Interesting. I didn't realize the payload was that high on the non HDPP. Any difference in weight between the 3.5 and the 5.0?

Here's the payload sticker on my 2016, Supercab with the 6.5' bed and 3.5 Ecoboost. I didn't order anything special, just the way it came from the factory.

Yup, unless you go with super optioned out F150, you’ll be near that 2k mark. Just make sure to get the 7k lb GVWR (3.5 or 5.0).
I had a 2.7 Supercrew and it was ~1,500lbs payload (6,500lb GVWR).

How are you liking the 6.2 250?

We like it. It's been solid and the power is sufficient. With the camper and our gear we are around 9700 lbs. It handles it like a champ even with 35s. Mpgs suck. Even stock getting over 15mpg was not common.

Drove one of our fleet f150s today. Supercab 2021 with the 5.0 and the 8' bed. Transmission is super jumpy first few gears. Kind of annoying but other wise solid seeming. 2000lb payload with a rear locker. Hmmmmmm.

If 2k lbs does the job I would skip a F250.

Listen to @tacollie. If its in your budget is the huge caveat. If I were to buy a truck right now it would be a F250 w/7.3L Godzilla, SCAB and 6.75 bed.

If you want an 8’ bed, go for it. Try different drive modes if the trans feels jumpy.
