My family and I where down in Corpus Christi, Tx doing some camping on the beach and I spotted some ************ rigs headed down to Big Shell. If your not familiar with Big Shell its a 60 mile stretch of 4x4 only beach. The further down you go the larger the shells become do to less traffic and you can go for hours with out seeing other cars. I spotted a new 4-dr silver tacoma, snorkel, lifted, ARB bumpers, larger tires, towing one of thoes military trailers (M4?) with matching tires, the trailer was like a dark grey speckle paint with a RTT and a large ARB sticker slanted on it.
There was also a older tan 4-dr SUV (land cruiser?) following him. He was also decked out with a large ARB sticker slanted on the quarter panel and towing a lifted trailer as well. Didn't get a good look at the tan SUV tho. Just curious if they were members or if anyone knows them.

That was Izzy Hernandez in the Tacoma and Todd Huey in the 80 series. Two local (DFW, TX) friends running Padre Island National Seashore.

:coffeedrink: At least the taller one can say that line when introducing the shorter one? ;)

I took my 01 Tundra, my parents took there Z71, and my brother took his Colorado. I just finished building his rack and attaching the RTT on it the weekend before.
Do you have a build thread on your Tacoma?C1.JPGN4.JPG

No write up. Short version...3" OME lift, ARB front bumper, Rocktek rear bumper, IPF lights, Overland(Tmax)winch, Maxxis MT and snorkel. The trailer is another story. You get down there often?
