Help locating a light bar

For a 99 4Runner

I really like this style front light bar, its an ORI Baja Eliminator:

I like the baja/prerunner style. Ive been searching everywhere and I can't seem to find one that fits a 99 4Runner. Does one exist?

If not, is there something similar out there, in both price and appearance?

I would just make one, but I don't know how, don't know anybody with the tools or ability either.

I don't need (nor can I afford an entirely new front bumper). I was almost tempted to just give up and get a bulbar to mount a couple fog lights but couldn't go through wih it.

Any help or point in the right direction would be really appreciated.

I've seen the NFab, nothing that is made to fit the 4runner though. Sucks because they have the style/type I'm looking for.

Defiant, same thing, they have a bar that is made for the 4runner but not the style that I'm looking for. I actually went to purchase the short defiant bar but changed my mind after I was quoted an outrageous shipping charge.
