Help me decide if I should pull the trigger or not

Clutch

<---Pass
Do you guys think that the block itself was damaged at all when it overheated on him?

I mean if I can talk him down a little bit. Buy a cylinder head and replace it. I'd save a lot of money.

He said it overheated pulling his camper. Said that his coolant was low. Well it was low cause it blew out the exhaust haha.

I'm looking at all aspects here. Like just putting some money into my 14 and use the piss out of it. Like a truck should be.

Depends how long he drove it while it was over heating.

You "could" save a lot of money...but it usually never works out that way with a project vehicle, some other BS always rears its' head.

One thing if you can do all the work yourself...another if you have to pay someone.

Think I am goign to change my answer...walk away...perhaps run. And enjoy your '14. Use the money you were going to put into the 04 and take a trip or three.

Thanks fellas. I'm gonna pass on it. I'll wait for my 2nd gen Tacoma to come along someday to purchase. The woman is looking at trading off the Jeep. Thinking we'd both enjoy a Tacoma for adventuring.

I still wanna put coilovers and cool stuff on my Tundra though as well. But, after reading your replies and sleeping on it a couple of nights, I think us having 5 vehicles is too much.
