My head is spinning with all the different brands, formats, (mind blowing) prices, etc. of smaller trailers. Basically I'm looking to upgrade our family of 5 from tent camping to something that's faster to setup/takedown since a limiter to our adventures is getting all the "stuff" together, setting and breaking camp, and then invariably having to disassemble camp in the rain.
We still want to "camp" vs. rolling a traditional TT, at least for now.
If it matters I'm pulling with a 2022 F-150 with gobs of towing capacity but somewhat lame payload (1400lbs). I'm southeast based so fire roads, etc., vs. running the rubicon... I'm leaning towards the "overland" stuff so it's going to fall apart in 18 weeks but would trade rugged build/OR capability for functionality/price.
Used budget is ideally $25K.
Must haves, loosely in order of priority:

Must haves, loosely in order of priority:
- Sleeping for 5. I'm thinking a queen or similar interior, and a RTT for the 3 kids, probably hard sided so it's quick and easy to put up/down
- Fits in the garage. I've got about ~92" of clearance (8' opening minus trim). If something was awesome I can pay for storage close to home, but I think that limits the "camp on a whim" factor
- Decent kitchen. We like to cook so at least propane onboard + chest reefer and ideally a sink w/ hot water + better than generic stove
- Roof rack for RTT, awning, maybe some SUP at some point
- Onboard water w/ sink/outdoor shower
- Relatively easy to work on electronics, etc. I'd like to add/customize solar, inverter, lights, etc. since I enjoy that kind of stuff
- Ideally a relatively common model so I can find one used
- BRX Overland since they're kind of local
- Boreas XT
- TeardropsNW Ranger/Commander (don't know much about these guys)
- InTech Pursuit (easy to find but kinda lame kitchen)
- RKS Purpose (ridiculously amazing but brand new and way over budget but I can dream)
- Trailer Marker Up and Out (similar to 5)
- Xpedition Voyager (super cool but impossible to google used since all I get are old minivans)
