On the 4.0 engine, there are drains on either side of the block. Carefully remove one of your splash curtains in the wheel well. Preferable the passenger side one, you'll see it. Little curved pipe with a brass fitting to loosen. You can get away with just doing one side. You'll get most of the coolant out.

The picture kinda sucks. Looks like they are on top of the engine: http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/05+/data/ileaf/06toyrm/06toypdf/06rmsrc/rm2006ta/01600210.pdf

"Use only Toyota Super Long Life Coolant or
similar high quality ethylene glycol based nonsilicate,
non-amine, non-nitrite, and non-borate
coolant with long-life hybrid organic acid
technology (coolant with long-life hybrid organic
acid technology consists of a combination of low
phosphates and organic acids)."

i believe dex-cool would be the alternative? i'll have to double check the jug because i am due for a drain myself.
