Hi Lift mount selection help

I have the this Hooke Road bumper setup and I need some help. Can someone provide a link to which mount setup I need to install on the tire carrier?

What's wrong with too easy to access across the front bumper? I have mine there just for that reason. If you are worried about it sprouting legs anywhere outside has that issue (as anything else bolted onto it outside). To keep it there when you aren't I use a Bolt cable lock for Jeeps
